
Nike x DSG Teammate kits
After the COVID-19 lockdown, Dick’s Sporting Goods recognized the need to support employees during the pandemic. DSG partnered with Nike to create an incentive-based program that allowed employees to link their DICK’S ScoreCard employee account to a Nike Membership account to take advantage of exclusive access to member-only products, experiences, and instant discount offers.
As part of SGK’s Brand Experience team, I was on the DSG account and responsible for creating the in-store materials and promotional items needed to kick-off the employee rewards program in partnership with Nike. This included sourcing and branding items for the launch to encourage employees to signup or link to their Nike Membership accounts. Given the context of the COVID-19 crisis, materials included items like masks and hand sanitizer alongside traditional promotional items.
Nike’s creative brief guided our efforts to align in-store materials, media, and app components before the program launched. I produced a series of decks showing options for in-store materials and promotional items before we had a final approval deck. I worked with our project manager and multiple vendors to produce artwork and get approvals before delivery to the stores.
