When the co-founders of ZoomCare approached us with their vision of creating a chain of clinics offering quick and affordable outpatient services, they aimed to provide a different kind of healthcare experience.
We developed a brand identity that highlighted the convenience and quality of care that distinguished ZoomCare from traditional facilities like those found at Walmart, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. Every aspect of the company was taken into account, including the office environment, employee appearance, print materials, advertising, website design, and all other visual elements encountered by prospective and existing clients. A groundbreaking feature at the time was the online patient signup, which mirrored the trends seen in travel and booking sites. The website and online presence played a crucial role in the overall launch experience and success of ZoomCare.
Today, ZoomCare operates 365 days a year with over 45 locations, allowing patients to enjoy easy online scheduling and access to board-certified doctors who can treat them the same day. Thanks to ZoomCare's commitment to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare, patients can receive treatment for a broad range of conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to chronic issues and preventive care.
